December 19, 2001: Thank you for sharing Sanctuary with us. Sanctuary will always have a special meaning for us because we were engaged here this week. The peace and tranquility of the mountains, combined with the comfort and luxury of the cabin, provided the perfect setting for one of the most important occasions of our lives. Taking advantage of all Sanctuary has to offer has made for the most incredible of our days. We will be sure to come back next year to celebrate and relive the anniversary of our engagement. January 2002: Your “home away from home” has sincerely been a cathartic experience for my husband and me. I viewed the picture on the internet but it was truly an understatement. The mountain view is quite serene and dreamy. The drawers and closets are very well stocked and we had everything we needed and wanted. Thank you so much. March 14, 2002: This is our second visit to the Sanctuary and once again we were overwhelmed with not only the special touches in the cabin, but the natural beauty of it’s surroundings. Everything we need or want is right here. It is hard to find a reason to go anywhere else! “Sanctuary” means to me, the time to get back in touch with my children, my husband and myself. May 25, 2002: Wonderful place. In case you ever want to know, your cabin is at N34 54.692 W084 15.159 Altitude 1891 +/-21feet. Saw three deer in the field below – all does. Very peaceful place, very much enjoyed the get-away. Will recommend place to friends. Enjoyed immensely and especially the view. Only sorry we didn’t get to see the bears. Thanks for all. July 30, 2002: We both had an amazing time. The break from everyday work was relieving. The 3 days gave us therapy! 1) the hot tub; 2) the view; 3) the hot tub; 4) the hot tub; 5) the bed is unbelievable – “so comfy.” We never left the cabin once we got here. I recommend turning the satellite onto “Easy Instrumentals” and playing it non-stop. Thank you so much for letting us into your home away from home. PS. We left you a puzzle. Dave and Colleen; SC

Aug. 11, 2002: We had a wonderful time. Your home is absolutely gorgeous and the view is beautiful. We have been busy these last few days seeing the sights. We went horseback riding, tubing, boating and enjoyed a ride on the train. We experienced the drive-in and had fun at the Georgia Mountain Fair. My husband is in the Navy and just got back from a 5-month deployment. This vacation was our time for fun and time together. Thanks! Ed and Megan; Ocean Springs, MS

Jan 19, 2003: We had a wonderful romantic 4 days at your cabin! It is so beautiful that we are now thinking buying one at some point. The scenery was just lovely with the new fallen snow. Feb 7, 2003: We came to escape telephones, fax machines, traffic and everyday life in Atlanta. We were able to talk, laugh, sleep, play games, watch movies and eat junk food like teenagers without one ounce of remorse.
